Manager's Message
Balcony Reminder   New!

We need your help! Your neighbors on the third floor continue to find cigarette butts and other debris on their patios. As you know, throwing or dropping anything from your balcony is a serious safety hazard and is strictly prohibited. If you ever witness anyone dropping anything from their balcony, please report it to the Front Desk immediately so we can hold the person responsible for any damages that may result from their carelessness. The Board can also impose a $500 fine for each violation of this rule.

Please also take care when placing ashtrays on your balcony---if it is a windy day, it is possible that the winds could lift cigarettes and ashes out of the ashtray and onto the balconies below. As a result, if someone in your home smokes, it would be best for you to purchase a windproof ashtray to prevent this from happening.

Please be a good neighbor and make sure that nothing ever falls from your balcony or windows.  Thank you!
